What does the last sentence mean? A fluctuation of numbers? Up or down? What does this have to do with the Mitsugi? Does that mean they're not descended from the Fujiwara after all? Who are the Mitsugi? PLEASE take more care to write sentences that are not only grammatically correct but which actually make sense and have a flow which seems natural to a native English speaker (reader).
