There is no reason, what so ever to delet the article, since I dominate both langauges, the translation ia accurate. It should be an honor such an article to be in the English version of wikipedia. I'd be open to suggestions of language mistakes corrections or rephrased sentences. But need to emphasize regarding the content and facts, all are well based and documented. Carmel: As the AFD discussion showed, his last name is transliterated into English in different ways, but is most widely cited as Aburabia. Perhaps you could spend your time more productively ADDING SOURCES to the article so it won't go through another deletion discussion. Yoninah (talk) 12:30, 4 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

site preservation Or Zaruaa synagogue 3423 edit

Dear editors http://www.jerusalem.muni.il/jer_sys/picture/archiv/bigpic.asp?id=9687&flag=1&ot= The photo caption in Hebrew : Or Zaruaa synagogue, on 3 Refaely street work...site preservation plan 3423 Jerusalem municipality web site in English has section "site preservation" where it is written about plan 3423 http://www.jerusalem.muni.il/jer_main/defaultnew.asp?lng=2 Site Preservation A description of the main elements of the plan of preserving Jerusalem.Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, has many sites dedicated to preservation. Jerusalem, as an historical city, has many different categories of preservation, applying from the Old City and its surroundings, which must be preserved on a universal level, as prescribed by the UN, to protect its world legacy, all the way through to the neighborhoods that were built outside the walls of the Old City that came around at the end of the 19th century, and including the houses built by architects who worked in the city and created the traditional method of construction in Jerusalem.Any planning institute that ever worked in the city always appreciated the beauty and uniqueness of Jerusalem and all of the acts of preservation served as a basis for developing the city. The practice of the planning institutes of Jerusalem follows the basic design of the British planners during the Mandate which sets the boundaries for the preservation of the city. The fundamentals of the preservation can be summed up the contour plan of the city, which is as follows: 1.Preservation of the Old City and its visual form, which is like the jewel of a crown, and the green barrier around it. 2. Preservation of the special topographical structure of Jerusalem by limiting the height of buildings and outlawing construction in valleys. 3. The sky limit limit4. Preservation of archaeologists' sites and their surroundings5. Basic stone preservation of rocks made from Jerusalem stone.6. Preserving the character of the landscape and types of trees7. Preservation of the character of neighborhoods8. Preservation of viewing points and their panoramas.9. Preservation of the legacy of sites. Jerusalem has two primary site preservation plans: plan 2097 and plan 3423 that consist of a list of one hundred and fifty sites. These sites were marked following the establishment of the national contour plan of site preservation. There are also plans of preservation for several neighborhoods, among them: The German Colony, The Greek Colony, Yemin Moshe, Talbiah-Komimiut, Old Katamon, Nachlaot, Zichronot, Nahalat Shiva, and many more.In order to demonstrate the meaning of the preservation of the neighborhoods and the love of the citizens for them sometimes there is a show called ג€œThe Live Museumג€ where they have nostalgic shows that tell authentic stories about the areas from back in the day. In the month of Sivan they had these shows in Nachlaot and Nahlat Shiva. People that are interested should turn to the picture archives and look for pictures called The Live Museum in Nahlat Shivah. In Jerusalem there are about one hundred neighborhoods for preservation, some spread out along big areas, some are buildings and sometimes even just one house. For those interested we have listed some of the neighborhoods:Abu Batzal, Abu-Tur, Even Israel, Ohel Moshe, Arnona, Even Joshua, A-Shaich, Ethiopia, Ohel Shlomo, Achva, Bab el Zahara, Bak'ah, Beit Hakerem, Beit Tzaba, Batei Broida, Beit Hanina, Batei Rand, Beit Israel, Batei Munkatsh, Batei Jacobson, Beit David, Batei Nisan Bak, Batei Whitenburg, Batei Habochrim, Batei Ongran, Batei Minsk, Batei Naitin, Batei Hurnstein, Batei Saidof, Geula, Geulim, Kefar Shaג€™ul, The Old City, Har Tzion, Mount of Olives, Mount Scopus, Vadi Joz, Zichron Moshe, Zichron Tuviah, Zichron Joseph, Talbiah, Yemin Moshe, Yegia Kapaiim, Kerem Abraham, Kenesset Yisroel, Kefar Hashiluach, Lifta, The German Colony, The American Colony, The Greek Colony, Mkor Chaג€™iim, Mkor Baruch, Morasha, Mahane Yehudah, Mishkenot Shaananim, Mugrabim, Mahane Yisroel, Mazkeret Moshe, Machanaiim, Memaila, Manhat, Neveh Betzalel, Nachalat Tzadok, Nahlat Yaakov, Nachlaot, Neveh Shalom, Neveh Shaanan, Nachlat Shimon, Nachlat Achim, Nahlat Shivah, Nachlat Tzion, Nahalat Tzvi, Succat Shalom, Ein Kerem, Ezrat Yisroel, Etz Chaiim, Katamon, Kiryat Moshe, Rehavia, Romema, The Jewish Quarter, The Armenian Quarter, The Muslim Quarter, The Christian Quarter and Shikh Jarach.Neviim Street, running the length of it from Damascus Gate in the east through Davidka Square in the West, consists of a collection of structures for preservation from the time it was built in 1850 until today. On the 20th of the month of Sivan a Live Museum took place in the German Colony where stories were told about the Templer period and beyond. If one would like to browse through pictures of this event just ask for the pictures named The Templers.Today a new section of Mishkenot Shaananim has been inaugurated. It is an example of combining the old and new on the topic of preservation in Jerusalem as the local architects use their ability to add new sections while, with great respect, they continue to care and nurture the old ones.Interested people can find pictures of the site with the name Mishkenot.

Dear Carmel Avivi-Green: I don't understand what you're trying to prove with all these posts. Please read WP:Reliable sources and you'll see that you need PUBLISHED sources to satisfy Wikipedia's verifiability policy. E-mails do not qualify. The link in your previous post to the Jerusalem preservation sites does not include a title or explanation of what the list refers to. Do you have a link to a page – even in Hebrew – that clearly states that Or Zarua is on the Jerusalem preservation list? Then use that as a reference in the article. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 20:26, 14 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Dear editor Yoninah Indeed the web site is called in Hebrew CHIPUS ATAREY SHIMUR Meaning you can find here site preservation ,it is written on top of the link to the file with Beth Knesset Or Zaruaa synagogue located on 3 Refaely street with site for preservation number 2638 the preservation plan number 3423 is shown also with the photos caption all in the offical Jerusalem municipality web site.
