I found out that this article, which I wrote, is being considered for deletion. This comes as a surprise. I believe it is well-referenced, and I cannot see any clear-cut violation of any wikipedia policy I have read. However, I am a new user, and I don't really know how wikipedia operates too well yet. The vast majority of the references for the article seem to be good and reliable now. If someone were to re-write the article from scratch, with only the linked references, I'm not sure it would be much different from what it is at this point. The tags on the article regarding references and close connection/point of view don't seem relevant at present.Minusminority (talk) 11:53, 27 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
