Reliable sources are listed at the bottom of the article and the majority was derived from Muhammed al-Ahari who wrote about Webb in the Minaret Magazine in the 1980s and reprinted his Islam in America through Magribine Press in the 1990s. Any accurate article on Webb should mention this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.12.117.11 (talkcontribs) 23:22, 12 February 2006

Son edit

The first sentence reads, in part, "perhaps influenced his son’s later journalistic exploits" - but (unless I'm missing something) his son is not identified. He should be. Biruitorul 04:46, 20 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ahmadiyyat edit

It is true I have a reference that shows he was an Ahmadi Muslim. As soon as i found it i will tell you. Please don't erase until i show you the reference. Saffi2k7 — Preceding undated comment added 16:17, 8 June 2008‎

He never met Mufti Muhammad Sadiq since he came to America after Webb's death. Webb never took Bayyiat, but was friendly with Ahmadiyyah in England, especially with Maulana Muhammad Ali. So, I would leave out any claims he became an Ahmadi. Saying he was in correspondence with them and was friends with some is a different matter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.3.129.210 (talk) 01:37, 9 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page edit

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:
