Should the contain a list of known frequencies? A user keeps removing those frequencies in Libya, insisting that such content is illegal. ISIL's URL have been blacklisted for the same reasons. Also, frequencies are not an encyclopedia's information, it incitate people to watch terrorist propaganda. NAC: With one Yes statement and one No statement, there is only one close that reasonably reflects the inability to agree on a consensus, so I am closing this RFC as No Consensus. Yes The information is encyclopedic, and it appears that the transmitters for which frequencies are known no longer operate.
