release date and release lengths

I have come accross a number of sources that indocate this film is 118 minutes long and was released sometime in 1995, however, IMDB shows a release date of 1998 and a film length of 96 minutes. Certainly one might expect a dvd release to be longer that the TV verison when the return the pieces the networ edited out... but which is correct? 1995 for TV, or 1998 for video?
