I just took a shot at cleaning this up and updating it. Now the question is whether this is notable enough. I haven't done a WP:BEFORE search to see if there's anything else, but for now I'd probably say weak keep when you consider the history of 451 before part was sold to S&P. The rule of thumb is that a notable entity doesn't lose notability despite a drastic change in business. If this were just Uptime, I'd likely vote delete. The hard part is what to do with the 451 Research info that has nowhere else to go for now. TimTempleton(talk)(cont) 18:42, 19 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
