I just took a shot at cleaning this up and updating it. Now the question is whether this is notable enough. I haven't done a WP:BEFORE search to see if there's anything else, but for now I'd probably say weak keep when you consider the history of 451 before part was sold to S&P. The rule of thumb is that a notable entity doesn't lose notability despite a drastic change in business. If this were just Uptime, I'd likely vote delete.
