It was impossible! edit

"After exchanging punts, Grossman gets intercepted by Darnell Dockett, who then took it 73 yards for a touchdown. However, the Bears challenged the interception, which was eventually reversed." I remember watching that game, and turning it off upon seeing that touchdown. It seemed flatly impossible for the Bears to avoid a loss. When I heard on the morning radio that they'd somehow won, I still couldn't believe it. Before that TD was reversed, their winning chances must have been nil. Looked like it was possible, because the Bears are who you thought they were! Zappa (talk) 21:10, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
I was hoping that someone knew of an algorithm that predicated winning chances based upon the score differential and the clock: I know that there are some for baseball, based upon score and outs remaining. I figured that -- using the score prior to the reversal as the starting point -- this may have been a comeback of record proportions. WHPratt (talk) 23:04, 15 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
