No speedy close. "Not to be Reproduced" is the name of the image (translated from French), not an instruction to Wikipedia. See page Not to be Reproduced. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 09:52, 8 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

    - So logged-in editors have a move option on file pages now? FWIW, last I recall, you had to delete and reimport a file to rename it, which required an administrator, hence need to use IFD. 65.94.45.238 (talk) 19:13, 8 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
