Jewish scientists is not a nationality. It is an ethnicity. You do not have Enrico Fermi listed as an Italian scientist, presumably because he is Italian-American. So why do you have a category that includes Jewish-American scientists? You need a new category called scientists by ethnicity, which would include Jewish scientists and also merge other categories together (e.g., German and German-American scientists into one category).
I agree, jewish is not a nationality and it should be removed from "Scientists by nationality". But in case someone insists on keeping this category, she should add a "non-jew" or "gentile" or "goy" scientists category as well (although it seems pretty discriminative divide people into jews and non-jews).
