editThis category has become empty due the fact it only contained the article 1974 World Cup (men's golf), which I have taken out of the category as the event did not take place in the United States, but in Caracas, Venezuela. Dunarc (talk) 22:42, 4 October 2020 (UTC)
Removing from speedy deletion
editI have discovered an article that clearly belongs in this category and added it in. Consequently the category is no longer empty. My understanding is that it is no longer eligible for speedy deletion, so I have removed the speedy deletion notice on that basis. Dunarc (talk) 22:47, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
