Belén Cuesta Llamas was born on January 24, 1984 in Seville, Spain. She moved to Málaga and her childhood and adolescence was spent in Fuengirola, where she studied at the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático.[1] She currently resides in Madrid.[2]
CareerEdit
Belén Cuesta is mostly known as a theatre actress. She has participated in both film and television productions and even television commercials. Belén stars as Magüï in Spanish TV show “Paquita Salas.” Belén plays the role of Manila in “La Casa de Papel” (Money Heist in English). Her character in the show is a transgender woman and a childhood friend of Denver.

Since 2012, Belén Cuesta has been in a relationship with the actor Tamar Novas.[3]
