Abhishek Malhan (pronounced [əbɦɪʃɛk məlɦaːn]; born 24 May 1997), better known as Fukra Insaan, is an Indian YouTuber, singer, and social media influencer. He gained widespread recognition for his YouTube videos and participation in reality shows like Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, Play Ground Session 3 and Temptation Island India.[2][3]

Early life edit

Abhishek was born on 24 May 1997, in Pitam Pura, Delhi[4] to Vinay Malhan and Dimple Malhan.[5][6] He has completed his schooling from Lancer Convent School, Delhi and earned a Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.[7]

Career edit

In 2019, Abhishek entered the YouTube scene, inspired by creators like Mr. Beast and KSI.[8] His channel features real life (IRL) videos and challenges. He has collaborated with CarryMinati, former WWE wrestler The Great Khali, and Puneet Superstar.[9][10][11]

In 2023, Abhishek participated in the reality show Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, where he emerged as the runner-up.[12][13] He also appeared as a guest-host in four episodes of the dating show Temptation Island India.[14][15] Additionally, he hosts a survival game show for Netflix (India) on their YouTube channel.

He is also a former CEO of the brand Mr. Bond which specializes in household cleaning products.[citation needed]

Abhishek faced controversies, including a feud with Elvish Yadav after Bigg Boss OTT. The social media clash was fueled by allegations of negative campaigning costing 25 lakh rupees,[16][17][18][19] was later clarified as a misunderstanding. The two content creators reconciled during the filming of Temptation Island India,[20][21] ultimately resolving their differences and establishing a friendship.

Another controversy arose from a TikTok video depicting Abhishek holding an incense stick in his mouth, perceived by some as disrespectful to the Hindu deity Ganesha.[22][23] Abhishek clarified that the video was part of a TikTok trend critiquing unconventional ritual practices, with the intent to promote respectful approaches.[24]

Personal life edit

Malhan's siblings Prerna Malhan and Nischay Malhan and his mother are also YouTubers.[25][26][27] His father Vinay Malhan is a businessman.[28] He purchased a house in Gurgaon worth ₹ 25 crores ($3 million).[29]
