The 2023–24 Indiana State Sycamores women's basketball team represents Indiana State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Sycamores, led by third-year head coach Chad Killinger, play their home games at the Hulman Center in Terre Haute, Indiana as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

The Sycamores finished the 2022–23 season 11–19, 6–14 in MVC play to finish in a tie for ninth place.^[1] They were defeated by Southern Illinois in the opening round of the MVC tournament.^[2]
