The 2023–24 Southern Illinois Salukis women's basketball team represents Southern Illinois University Carbondale during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Salukis, led by second-year head coach Kelly Bond-White, play their home games at the Banterra Center in Carbondale, Illinois as members of the Missouri Valley Conference.

Previous season edit

The Salukis finished the 2022–23 season 12–19, 8–12 in MVC play to finish in seventh place.^[1] They defeated Indiana State in the opening round of the MVC tournament,^[2] before falling to Belmont in the quarterfinals.^[3]
