This looks like a keep to me. All the links seem to be on topic, and I'm not sure where nom is seeing these redirects, the only one I found was just a team rename which has now been rectified. --woodensuperman 16:05, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Woodensuperman, you're right about the redirects, apologies about that; an oversight on my part. But I'd still say delete. This is the only city-only baseball template. If there were others, it make sense to keep it but other similar templates are country-specific.
Also worth noting that I can't find any other sport with a city-specific template (i.e Template:Basketball in Nashville, Tennessee). Omnis Scientia (talk) 16:49, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. The nominator's rationale is sort of the opposite of WP:OTHERSTUFF and does not appear to contain valid deletion reasons. Speaking of other stuff, I found {{Baseball teams based in Portland, Oregon}}, which is similar to but not nearly as useful as this Nashville template. This particular template isn't used on any articles anymore and is effectively a duplicate of the western part of Template:Line 5 Eglinton. It fell out of use because the articles it was in were edited so that the western extension of Line 5 Eglinton is now discussed as an integral part of the line, just a future Phase 2 rather than a separately planned project.
