This 13 year old template is a box of red links and looks like it is completely unused. I came across it on a deleted page which looks like the last time it was added to an article. Given the kind of books that are listed ("World's Greatest!") I doubt these articles will be written and if they existed, they might have been deleted. Liz Read! Single-use template which is (as far as I can tell) a rather unconventional way of displaying a squad - usually it's just a table or (in the case of some match games) an .svg (example) showing the same. Also could cause some potential confusion with the same-named {{Rugby union team}}. Primefac (talk) 12:22, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete and use a standard roster template instead. Comment: At a minimum, let's move this to a better name, possibly parallel to {{Football squad on pitch}}. I seem to recall another football template similar to this one, but I can't put my finger on it right now. – Jonesey95 (talk) 14:59, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Country data templates are used to display polities with their flags. Tunganistan was not a polity in any form; the name is an exonym that Westerners gave an area occupied by Chinese Nationalist soldiers in the 1930s. The older revisions of the article which claim Tunganistan was an "independent state" are a hoax and contradict the sources the previous editors themselves provided. The flags used in the template are also unsourced. The only source ever provided anywhere across WikiProjects is this page from Ethnia, a self-published blog that cites zero sources. I provided more detail and sources at Talk:Tunganistan#Western exonym. As there was no polity named "Tunganistan" and the flags are likely fictious, this template should be deleted as it serves no legitimate purpose. I.e. its very existence is based on a hoax. Not a useful navbox. The only blue link in the body links to Angamacutiro itself. DB1729talk 03:13, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
