This doesn't seem to be a meaningful WP:SIDEBAR. The 20 linked articles aren't about humour in translation, they're aspects of language that can feed into such humour. Only a couple of them mention humour at all. The sidebar is just duplicating 20 links which are already mostly present in the text of the humour in translation article, and the template is only used on that one article: it would not belong on the others.
