Commons LOC-image templates edit

These templates appear to have been blindly copied from Commons and never customized for the English Wikipedia. The only usage of Template:LOC-meta is Template:LOC-image/sandbox, which could easily be re-synced from Template:LOC-image. The other two templates are unused. They even still link to commons:Licensing, when the correct link is c:Commons:Licensing or Wikipedia:Licensing * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 01:51, 3 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sure re: LOC-meta; no comment on the others. I'm the creator of LOC-meta and assume it served some purpose at the time I created it (probably was useful for an image that wasn't PD in its home country and so had to be hosted on en.wiki rather than commons).
