Name of a 90's sitcom

edit

There was a family sitcom in the 90's about a black family; the parents had died and the oldest son was taking care of his siblings. Do you know what it was called? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lasonja02 (talkcontribs) 05:20, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm only partway through the list at Black_sitcom#1990s, but haven't found it yet. Maybe you'll recognize the title there. --OnoremDil 05:33, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It sounds a bit like Brotherly Love with Joey Lawrence but he's white and only his character's father had died. He was also in a show called Run of the House where the parents move away and allow/leave the older children to raise the youngest child who is 15. Dismas|(talk) 09:27, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like Party of Five too, but of course they were white. Adam Bishop (talk) 11:56, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

what song is sampled on the track "Space Bound" on Recovery?

edit

the article says it's "an interpolation of drive by REM"... but I don't see how this can be right. Maybe it is, but then if it's an "interpolation" (whatever that means in this sense) then it doesn't belong listed under samples and if it's a sample of something else then it ought to be listed as that... either way there's no citation and I put a [citation needed] on the talk page.

in any case, the new album is stellar. flagitious (talk) 06:36, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it's a sample of another song. I think it's original, and the fact that no source is credited suggests this is the case.--Michig (talk) 20:15, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, please help to identify some of them. I guess, most of them are notable. I have sorted them a bit. Regards from Germany 78.55.102.31 (talk) 18:09, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't immediately recognize the others, but This Celebrity Gossip page has more pictures, and more names, if you want to go through all those. Adam Bishop (talk) 18:33, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, the Asian one is Kristi Yamaguchi. Adam Bishop (talk) 18:38, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The other black one is Nia Long, number 4 in the first list is Samantha Harris, and number 7 in the first list is Nastia Liukin. I think that's all of them. Adam Bishop (talk) 18:44, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ooops, someone has yet uploaded the first group, with a little difference [1]. He says Vivica A. Fox instead of Vanessa L. Williams. What do you think about? 78.55.102.31 (talk) 20:17, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Oh yeah, oops. The Celebrity Gossip page also says Vivica A. Fox (I was so certain, I didn't bother to check that one!). Adam Bishop (talk) 23:28, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
