Thank you for a great article! I suggest you go for Good article, today. WP:GA, look at instructions, it's easy. I'd like more music decorated with my initials ;) - I listened to a good concert yesterday, click on February. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:43, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you very much, Gerda! My plan is to find more time to do more work on the article, and then take to PR and then FAC. It’s probably ready for a GA even now but I wish to go even further. :-) ALso, thanks for sharing - what a fantastic program! I’ve never heard the soloist’s playing before, though... —Zingarese talk · contribs 16:21, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
- Why not go to GA now, and still do the other? - The soloist is very young, played like a master without show, pure tone, - son of Frank Peter Zimmermann. He stepped in with the piece and the orchestra at age 19. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:31, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
- I think it is a brilliant idea, actually. It seems to meet the GA criteria; it certainly needs be more "comprehensive" in order for it to meet FA criteria. I am unfortunately finding myself with increasingly less time to work on articles here, so maybe I could go for the GA first, then spend a few more months on it to make it as comprehensive as possible before going for PR and/or FA. Great to hear that the young soloist had superlative qualities in his performance; in my view, his father's recording of the concerto with the Berlin Radio Symphony and G. Albrecht is one of the finest performances of it. Hopefully he comes to America to perform in the near future! Zingarese talk · contribs 21:16, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
