Welcome! edit

Hello, Zeeyarah, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was User:Zeeyarah/sandbox, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome!   Dlohcierekim (talk) 13:58, 23 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:Zeeyarah/sandbox edit

A tag has been placed on your user page, User:Zeeyarah/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be advertising which only promotes or publicises someone or something. Promotional editing of any kind is not permitted, whether it be promotion of a person, company, product, group, service, belief, or anything else. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Masum Reza📞 13:20, 23 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

July 2019 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, If you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for your contributions to Wikipedia, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text

{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.

 Thank you.   Dlohcierekim (talk) 13:59, 23 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

August 2019 edit

Hello Zee2019. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Zee2019. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Zee2019|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Hugsyrup 10:59, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

Dear Hugsyrup,
Disclosure- I am working with Superior Tracks Travel and Tourism IT department, please advise way forward if any further action needed. This reply was posted at my talk page, but I have moved it here so other editors who may visit the page can see that Zee2019 has responded, and can follow up with them direct if needed Hugsyrup 11:16, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Zee2019: thank you for the reply. I am not sure of the relationship between Superior Tracks and Zeeyarah, so can you please just confirm if you are receiving any payment to edit here at Wikipedia, if you are doing it as part of your job, or if you have been asked to do it by someone you work with, a colleague, client etc. Thanks! Hugsyrup 11:16, 6 August 2019 (UTC) Strike all that, I see that Superior Tracks Travel and Tourism is the parent company. So in that case, you need to please place the template mentioned above {{paid|user=Zee2019|employer=Superior Tracks Travel and Tourism}} on your userpage. You should also read the policy on paid editing and not make any direct edits to Zeeyarah, only suggest edits on the talk page for other editors to implement. Hugsyrup 11:18, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Hugsyrup: Thank you For your advise. I am doing this as a part of my job. i have placed the template {{paid|user=Zee2019|employer=Superior Tracks Travel and Tourism}} on my user page. you can please check it and educate me so that i can make it more better. Thank you.
@Zee2019: nice one, thanks. I think actually you should also add this: |client=Zeeyarah within the tag just before the closing }}. My bad for not including that before, but it would probably count as the 'client' in this case. Otherwise, looks good. Please also read WP:COI and especially this section about how to edit articles, and guidelines for what to do/not to do. Hugsyrup 11:44, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Hugsyrup: Thank you For your advice. Finally would like to hear from you if I must do anything further or leave the article at your discretion hoping it will be re-consider for publishing. As I already mention the intention is to provide information with reliable and independently verifiable reference and not to promote or advertise. Again thanking you for your support and patience.
@Zee2019: if you want the article to be kept, you will need to find several reliable, independent secondary sources that talk about Zeeyarah in some detail (not just passing mentions). The kind of thing we'd be thinking of would be articles about it in a major newspaper or magazine, coverage in books, etc. I wasn't able to find any such coverage which is why I argued for deletion at the discussion, and I think it is unlikely that any exist. However, you may be able to find ones that I couldn't. Hugsyrup 13:09, 6 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Hugsyrup: Thank you for Your support I really appreciate it. As you mentioned here I am putting reliable and independent secondary sources that talk about Zeeyarah. And i am also putting the link for full post. https://www.zawya.com/mena/en/companies/story/Zeeyarahcom_gets_highest_level_of_IATA_NDC_Certification_for_sellers-ZAWYA20190718112756/[1]

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Zeeyarah edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 09:04, 9 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

i am not trying to advertise any company i m just writing an article related to the company. Can you please unblock me so that i can write with different data which will be different and will not look like advertisement. i will be very thankful to you if you will unblock me.

Decline reason:

It is very clear that your only purpose here is to shoehorn an article about your client into Wikipedia. We aren't going to allow you to do that. If you want to be unblocked, you're going to need to let us know what you plan on doing here instead, otherwise there is no reason for us to unblock you. Yunshui  12:32, 9 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

reason I understand your objection to block me but i am new on Wikipedia and i am understating the terms of Wikipedia one by one and from now i will take care of the terms and conditions before editing an article. And i will not do something which will be against the terms and conditions of Wikipedia. Please unblock me this time I can assure you that there will be nothing like that again. Thank You.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

I have already told you that I understand the reason for what you have blocked me, and i also ensure you that I will not continue to cause any damage or disruption and I will try my best to make useful contribution in Wikipedia article. I will be very thankful to you if you understand me and unblock me. Thank you

Experience tells us that editors who claim they understand the reason for being blocked really don't. Therefore, please explain in your own words why repeatedly inserting promotional content about your client is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and the edits you will make if unblocked.
