The proposed article does not have sufficient content to require an article of its own, but it could be merged into the existing article at Mustafa Prize. Since anyone can edit Wikipedia, you are welcome to add that information yourself. Thank you.

The Mustafa Prize is notable, and we have a stand alone article about it. The draft fails to show that the foundation that awards the prize is notable. Its content about the foundation is based on non-independent sources: the foundation's website, a press release by a partner organization, and the website of the prize. Reviewer McClenon describes the problem exactly when he writes, "This draft is written from the viewpoint of the organization, focusing on what the organization says about itself." Only independent sources containing significant coverage of the foundation can show that it is notable. The bulk of the draft should be based on what arms length secondary sources say about the organization. The draft's only independent sources are entirely about the Mustafa Prize, and don't mention the foundation at all. Independent sources in Farsi that briefly mention the foundation don't shed much light on it. BBC Persian calls it part of the Khadem al-Mustafa Community.[1] Deutsche Welle Persian calls it a government foundation.[2] Searches in English find some primary source press releases about STEP and the Noor Student Competition that were picked up and republished by various news organizations, but nothing truly independent. The foundation is only three years old, so it may be too soon for much to have been written about it. The best course of action would be to improve the existing coverage of the foundation within the article about the prize. Then in a few years, after more has been written about the foundation in independent sources, a stand alone article about it could be spun out of the article about the prize.
