Before you do something again, such as adding Banda to List of longest ruling non-royal leaders, please check why it was undone. In the case of Banda, he doesn't belong on the list because he didn't serve as a head of state/government of an independent country for 30 years; he fell 46 days short.

If Hastings Banda doesn't belong on the list then neither does Dawda Jawara of Gambia he is listed as having served from 1962 to 1994 but The Gambia gained its independence in 1965 so how could he have been head of state/government of an independent country for 30 years.
