Hello, I'm I dream of horses. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Mad Max (band), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 07:13, 16 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Mad Max (band). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Nothing should be added to the infobox beside band members. See template:Infobox musical artist. The source you keep removing is better than anything you have provided to date and if you think it provides "wrong and incomplete information", then perhaps your information is wrong and incomplete. Feel free to take that specific source to WP:RSN. Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:05, 10 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Draft:Roland Bergmann, without resolving the problem that the template refers to. This may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing. Removing {{better source}} is not appropriate, even for a draft. Either replace the source with a {{citation needed}} or leave the other in-place. This article is nominated for submission to main space and I am trying to save reviewers time and warn them of pitfalls. Walter Görlitz (talk) 00:52, 10 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Mad Max (band). Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Your input is requested

edit

Please add your comments at Primary source, but is it acceptable to discuss basic information on a band? as another editor has requested your side of the discussion. Walter Görlitz (talk) 06:28, 10 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 19:38, 10 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
