When does an article stop being listed as orphan

I have related this article to 6 other articles that logically connect to the Flag of Knoxville one. How many more must be connected until the orphan article label is removed? Dkitts (talk) 14:36, 13 June 2016 (UTC)

Fair use

The big thing with fair use is to put a fair use rationale on the image page for EVERY article where it is used. It's a pain, but usually if there is a FU rationale, it will stick (not always, but most of the time). Montanabw^(talk) 04:47, 19 June 2016 (UTC)
