The rightful heir to the Georgian throne

Hello Vipinhari, Please don’t be irritated, just understand that we, the Georgians, are at the stage of construction of the country and we try to bring the country back to the old, traditional legal base. On this way the Georgian people will encounter a lot of injustice and that is why we focus our attention at any detail relating to Georgian Royalty placed on your page.

The idea of restoration of monarchy is a most delicate issue and that is why on implementing this idea a great importance is attached to the legitimacy rule which is observed according to the international law. And legitimacy conditions observance of the rights of that one person (which is legitimate). In our case due to lack of information awareness of the Georgian society and in certain cases because of competent but unjustly partial persons there takes place violation of rights of those whom the royal throne belongs to by law. And we declare convincingly once again that the royal throne of Georgia by law belongs to His Royal Highness Prince Nugzar Bagration-Gruzinsky. This is confirmed by the memorandum carried out by the whole dynasty in 2006 in which once again there was recorded superiority of Prince Nugzar’s family in the royal ancestry. The only Prince Nugzar unites in himself the blood of the baptized kings of Western and Eastern Georgia. He is genetically an only legal heir of Kartli, Kakheti and Imereti Kingdoms. Also the last king of the united Kingdom of Georgia, Giorgi VIII, was only his immediate ancestor in the whole dynasty. That is why he is by right called HRH and Crown Prince.

As for David Mukhraneli, in spite of the fact that he married Prince Nugzar’s daughter, Princess Anna, per grade he remains a representative of the offshoot of the princes of Mukhrani. This offshoot was formed in the XVth century. His immediate ancestors never reigned in Georgia and that is why by law it is incorrect to call David Mukhraneli HRH. He like his ancestors over the centuries had the title of Prince and served the king and was called princes of Mukhrani.

When the Empire of Russia tragically abolished the throne in 1801, they exiled the royal family - HRH Prince Nugzar's ancestors. No one from the other lines (Bagrationi-Mukhranski,Bagrationi-Davitishvili, Bagrationi-Babadishi) were exiled to Russia, because everyone knew that they were high nobles and had no right or claim to the throne. For example, the Mukhranbatoni branch of offshoot princes of the high nobility lost all sovereignty when Konstantin II, King of Kartli's (1478-1505) older son King David X (1505-1525) took the throne instead of their ancestor, the younger son, Prince Bagrat Mukhranbatoni, who began the Bragrationi-Mukhranski branch of high nobles. No one of this cadet line has reigned over any kingdom since the time of King Konstantin II in 1505. They received recognition from Imperial Russia as " the Illustrious." Prince David Bagrationi-Mukhraneli is from this line of non-reigning princes.

It is important to remember, that the marriage between David, a Prince of the high nobility, and Anna, Princess of the royal blood, does not give David "de jure" sovereignty or make him a royal. Only HRH Prince Nugzar, the rightful heir, could make him a royal or give him any sovereign rights. If Prince Nugzar, the heir or "de jure" monarch and king of Georgia, passes away and the marriage between David and Anna is still intact, David would be head of the home, but not head of state. That would be Princess Anna's exclusive right as Prince Nugzar has designated her as his heir, and the more ancient history and traditions of ancient times provides for female succession when no male heir can be found, because succession is semi-salic.

Speedy deletion declined: Einstein on the Lake

Hello Vipinhari. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Einstein on the Lake, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: There is sufficient context to identify the subject of the article. Thank you. Olaf Davis (talk) 17:56, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

Hi Olaf, while I was patrolling the page, the only content in the page was:

"Einstein on the Lake" is a novel, that it is written by German Physicist Ulrich Woelk. Bilgelerimiz doğabilimci olsaydı (talk) 17:00, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

See here. That was the reason why I went ahead and tagged for CSD, because IMHO it is a very short article that does not provide sufficient context to identify its subject. Vipin Hari || talk 19:03, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

Declined Speedy Delete - Mark Curran

Hello, I am a Page Patroller and stumbled across this article. An elected sheriff is a fairly notable individual. However, this article may be self-written which would be a COI. --Morenooso (talk) 20:07, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

CSD G4 (repost)

Hi there. I noticed that you tagged Mosezickle for speedy deletion under G4 as a repost of previously deleted material. When I looked at the log for the page, it appeared that the article had been previously speedied for A7, but had not been deleted via AfD. Per CSD G4, the criteria only applies to "a sufficiently identical and unimproved copy, having any title, of a page deleted via a deletion discussion". The key there is "via deletion discussion"... since no discussion takes place for speedy deletions, they don't apply for automatic re-deletion as a repost. Unless I'm missing an AfD somewhere by a different title, that criteria doesn't apply. I retagged the article using db-multiple as both G11 and A7. Cheers, NickContact/Contribs 03:56, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

You're correct, Nick. Thanks   for your explanation!

The reject

Although The reject does not seem to qualify for inclusion, it does not qualify as a blatant hoax, as it does, in fact, exist. I've removed the tag and prodded the article. NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 04:01, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

Vladimir Stojilovic- Donix

I have removed your db-nonsense tag on Vladimir Stojilovic- Donix. Simply because an article is not written in English does not make it nonsense. This particular article was written in Croatian, and was easily translated by Google translate. The fact that the article is about a non-notable band has been noted. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:00, 22 March 2010 (UTC)

Please see CSD G1. Patent nonsense. - Pages consisting entirely of incoherent text or gibberish with no meaningful content or history. This excludes poor writing, partisan screeds, obscene remarks, implausible theories, vandalism and hoaxes, fictional material, coherent non-English material, and poorly translated material. db-g1, db-nonsense Vipin Hari || talk 17:07, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Yes, coherent non-English material is excluded from WP:CSD#G1. This means that articles that are coherently written in a foreign language are not eligible for speedy deletion simply because of their foreign language. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:26, 22 March 2010 (UTC)
Thank you so much WikiDan for the explanation, but I've seen that article is now deleted by the criteria db-a7. Vipin Hari || talk 11:11, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

Hi Dlohcierekim, I've removed CSD and used PROD for deletion, since author has contested CSD-A7 with a lame excuse. The subject is non-notable and the article is a written in an autobiography tone with COI, I thought that it has to be deleted anyway! Vipin Hari || talk 03:26, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

drive by at freedom

Hi, I just noticed this edit? Can you tell me why you think the page is well served by it? Some of what I'm thinking of is MOS:DAB, but also, just think about the page before and after the edit. 018 (talk) 04:27, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Let us take an example of Freedom of will, I've changed it to Freedom of will. So essentially, someone who reads the page cannot see any difference, but IMHO servers can feel it. We are reducing a redirection through Freedom of will. Vipin Hari || talk 06:28, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
I think this is a reasonable question for asking at the talk page for the MOS. the novel is a redirect with possibilities, so I would not have "fixed" that one. The hockey team never mentions freedom on the page, I'd say ax it. 018 (talk) 14:34, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
I looked at it again and realized that there is no reason to pipe. It was just fine as is. 018 (talk) 16:12, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
If I'm incorrect in those edits, please go ahead and fix. Vipin Hari || talk 16:20, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
I guess, I brought it up with you because it looks like you are using a tool that makes articles worse. Checkout this edit. What do you think of that page? Why would you make the Brazil Brasil change? I think that when you use a tool to make edits you should be really really sure that you are helping articles, and I'm not sure this is the case in this instance. 018 (talk) 21:08, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Peregrine Semiconductor

You added an "unreferenced" tag to my new page for Peregrine Semiconductor. I believe all of the substantive information in this new page comes from the Silicon on Sapphire page in Wikipedia. I have since added a reference to a published scientific paper in IEEE Electron Devices that should address your concern. I have also added a reference to the management changes at the company. The "uncategorized" tag that you added has since been removed by SoxBot because I did add a category reference. Is there anything else that you feel is not properly referenced? Gaiamei (talk) 19:31, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Hello, Gaiamei, now the article seems to be referenced. Be bold and remove unreferenced tag. But, please read Notability guideline for an organization. If it's not notable, anybody may tag it for deletion, citing non-notability. Cheers Vipin Hari || talk 04:14, 18 April 2010 (UTC)

References in Sujith Kumar.B.S

You added four references to Sujith Kumar.B.S, but not one of them actually verified the fact in question in the article. Can you provide better references? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:48, 19 April 2010 (UTC)

These are the only 4 sites which provide any references to Sujith Kumar.B.S in GNews old. So I thought of adding those to the article. But now, IMO the subject is not notable enough to qualify for a separate article. Can it be tagged for db-person or wait for prod blp to expire? Hi Vipinhari,

I work for Sym-Tech and noticed you placed a message which points to our content being the same as on Wellington Motors, who market our product! They do not own the copyrights to our name, but do have a right to resell our products to the end consumer.

I wasn't sure where exactly to put the hangon tag, but have done so on the page in any case.

Thanks

[personal data removed]

Hi Shirley, when a tag is placed on the page saying that the article may meet Wikipedia’s criteria for speedy deletion, you may add hangon below that tag, if you disagree with the deletion proposal. Then explain on its talk page why the article should not be deleted. This will alert sysops to give you time to give valid reasons. See Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion for more information. But, I've noticed that the article in question is now deleted with the comment: Kinu (talk | contribs) deleted "Sym-Tech" ‎ (G11: Unambiguous advertising or promotion: Also G12). I am a fan of Nick Fowler's fiction- A Thing or Two About Curtis and Camilla is one of my favorite books, and was in fact recognized as a best new fiction offering.
