Speedy deletion nomination of Gozar Planners

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Gozar Planners requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Gaijin42 (talk) 02:58, 9 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Status and Advice

edit

As reviewing administrator, I think its clear the company is important enough to pass speedy, which requires just an indication of importance. It robably passes our standards WP:COMPANY also, but it must show the notability with references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. The usual material for this would be reviews in professional publication. Major newspaper stories about the projects would also do, as long as they are substantial and not cleared based on press releases.

Remember not to copy from a web site, even your own -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you own the copyright and are willing to give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable.

I did considerable editing to improve the English. You should have your additions checked by someone with adequate knowledge of the language.

As a general rule, a suitable page will be best written by someone without Conflict of Interest; it's not impossible to do it properly with a conflict of interest or as a paid press agent, but it's relatively more difficult: you are automatically thinking in terms of what the subject wishes to communicate to the public, but an uninvolved person will think in terms of what the public might wish to know.

If you think you can do it right according to our guidelines, do so, but expect the article to be carefully checked for objectivity. DGG ( talk ) 14:33, 9 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Some people on the internet protect their work with watermarks from beeing stolen, even such protection cant stop you: you simply removed this watermarks and claimed the photo your own work. In only a few months you vandalized our project with about 150 stolen photos, uploaded to our project with disgusting lies.

  • 1) dont you shame?
  • 2) will you stop stealing so that Philippines city article can prosper in future or will you continue your bad work?

Hello and welcome! I edit Wikipedia too, under the username Frozen4322. Wikipedia is written by people like you and me, so thank you for taking the time to participate. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to The Gateway Towers with this edit, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. Signing articles

edit

Hi JonasEncyclopedia. I have two concerns about this edit you made to the Limketkai Hotel and Resort article. First, you should not sign articles. Wikipedia articles are edit collaboratively and do not belong to just one editor. Please see WP:OWN for details. Please stop adding various forms of signature to articles. Secondly, can you explain what is meant by "under licensed of Limketkai Sons"? If you have a relationship with the Limketkai owners and particularly if you have some sort of paid relationship with them, you should not be editing that Wikipedia article. Please see WP:COI and WP:NPOV for details of this. Can you clarify your relationship with Limketkai? Thanks, Sparthorse (talk)

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give The Gateway Towers a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Limketkai Hotel and Resort. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. Hi JonasEncyclopedia. I really appreciate you making articles about the happenings in our hometown BUT can you please check your grammar because it's really bad! another thing, you put a lot of "facts" which dont have references. It makes me think you are just making it up. May you take this positively. (talk)

articles

edit

i didnt quiet understand your reply:

"I'm not making articles does not veritable to the public nor on the general information"

the problem is you dont put articles that can support your "facts". how did you know that the buildings has this height and floor area when in fact there were no press release about it yet. how did you know that these are the number of buildings in a particular city? there are still a lot of things that i dont want to elaborate anymore. your articles are not verifiable to the public.

though i understand that you provide a lot of facts that are indeed "factual" but a lot of your articles are doubtful as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Builder123 (talkcontribs) 13:08, 5 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

you know what's your problem? you dont take constructive criticisms positively! if you aver noticed, my initial message was so fine and friendly but i dont like the way you reacted. it's soooo.. nevermind! another thing, the grammar could have been fine since i myself commits mistakes grammatically, but the other thing that bothers me are the facts that you input. for example, just answer me this. how did you know the area of a particular building? the height of that building? the number of buildings in the city? the year it was built? when in fact it's contrary to what you can see in their websites?? some of them dont even have press releases so how can you obtain those information? if you have insiders that gave you such information then you have unreliable insiders because the information is incorrect! it's plain and simple.. some of the articles you've contributed are totally unreliable! the article titles may be right but the details have a lot of loopholes. You're a good contributor but one thing im asking, dont make up stories! relay the facts and put references.

P.S. the retail floor area of the list of malls you created are incorrect. i think you only got 1 or 2 that are correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Builder123 (talkcontribs) 20:36, 15 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Good Articles

edit

For an article to become good it must be nominated and reviewed. Lists can not be good articles however (take to WP:FLC instead) and you can not review an article you substantially contributed to. Regards AIRcorn (talk) 23:30, 13 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited List of tallest buildings in Cagayan de Oro, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Under construction (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). File permission problem with File:Pelaez Sports Complex.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Pelaez Sports Complex.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 13:10, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

File source problem with File:Cagayan de Oro Panorama.jpg

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Cagayan de Oro Panorama.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 13:13, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please do not mark images as "own work"/"self …" when they aren't really your own work. Also, don't add free license tags to images that don't have such a free license at the source you took them from. You cannot release such a photo under such a license. Only its original owner can. The article List of largest shopping malls in the Philippines has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Content fork; merge to List of shopping malls in the Philippines may be possible but not recommended because there are no significant differences between the two lists.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
