I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was George Sully, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Nomination of Sully & Son Company for deletion

The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to George Sully, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

--- Hello, I hope I am responding in the right area where you can read my message, AleatoryPonderings. I am not sure how to tag you so you can see my response. Sorry, it is my first time. In response to your comments: I was inspired to write this article after seeing George Sully on the news multiple times (I attached some of the news videos as citations in the Initiatives-Black Designers of Canada section.) There was a call to action on how we can help spread the word on Black Designers of Canada to help the Black Lives Movement. There was no wiki on Black Designers of Canada or George Sully and the other black designers, so I did the research to write the article. I googled and read all the articles and watched all the videos to learn more about the black designers (I cited all the articles and videos). If I did this wrong, then sorry as it is my first time. Thanks for your response! I really appreciate your efforts to spread the word on Black designers, and I hope my comments don't put you off. I left that message for you because many of these entries looked a bit promotional to me, so I was concerned that you might be affiliated with George Sully in some way. If you're not, that's great; if you are, you have to disclose it. But, in any case, your efforts to lift up Black designers are very much appreciated. George Sully moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, George Sully, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption.
