Speedy deletion nomination of Lilia Chak

Thank you for your prompt response. However, I would like to kindly point out that the rejection lacks a clear explanation of the underlying issue. This current method of rejection does not align with the accepted standards of Wikipedia and may benefit from further elaboration to substantiate the decision.
