Tjsolight1000 (talk) 04:06, 26 January 2020 (UTC) I am trying to create a biography page of someone and I am wondering if their is a template out their I could use for this effort.

There isn't really a template that's useful for creating new articles, as it's highly dependent on the available information. I would suggest reading Help:Your first article and Wikipedia:Writing better articles for more information on writing articles.
