UTRS appeal #37272 has been declined for the follwing reason. Simply put, you will not be unblocked to continue to promote your client. That you do not recognize the promotional nature of your edits casts doubt on your ability to edit constructively. You will not be unblocked to perform petty acts of vandalism, which you did when not promoting your client.
