US 31's Michigan section

I substantially trimmed your text down. There were several issues with what you wrote, and I thought that I should explain to you in better detail what needed fixing.

1. You included more detail than we really need as a summary of US 31's route through the Great Lakes State. If readers want a fuller understanding, that's why we have U.S. Route 31 in Michigan and the {{main}} tag at the top of the section.
2. We don't need to tell people about the intricacies of the various interchanges.
3. It's better to say that highways "run concurrently" than "begins a concurrency".
4. At Buelah, US 31 turns eastward, not northward.
5. You inserted various unsupported opinions, and per WP:NPOV, you'd need to add specific sources for "strange cloverleaf interchange" or "world-famous Interlochen Center for the Arts".
6. Where the highways go after they separate from US 31 isn't necessary to understanding US7nbsp;31. Keep your text focused on the subject and avoid unrelated tangents.
7. The specific street names in Traverse City aren't needed in a summary of Michigan's route for the national US 31 article.
8. US 131 does not run concurrently with US 31, unsigned or not.
9. US 31 ends at the interchange with I-75 and does not extend into downtown Mackinaw City.

Finally, I've noticed that you're using the abbreviation format for US Highways from The AP Stylebook, namely "U.S. 31". We've pretty much standardized on the format from The Chicago Manual of Style to use "US 31". The article titles may still have the periods, but the abbreviations do not. List of unused highways in Michigan

You added in 3 entries that don't fit. The topic is about highways built and sitting unused, not abandoned rights-of-way. When those three entries are removed, there isn't enough left to support a stand-alone. Actually, even with them in place, there isn't as the typical guideline is a list of 10 or more entries. Municipalities

Why did you change the name of the list of Michigan municipalities? That word was specifically chosen as it includes townships, which are municipalities, but aren't incorporated municipalities. Communities is a much broader term that would include all kinds of places that span multiple local governments. There was really no good reason to do this change without consulting people first. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Proposed deletion of Buffalo Ridge Shopping Center

The article Buffalo Ridge Shopping Center has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sources are more about the grocery store than the center itself. "Buffalo Ridge" does not seem to be a widely used name for the center (couldn't find any reliable sources that use the name for this mall). Searching under the former name of Horizon Outlets found very little, either.
