Speedy deletion nomination of Justice League of Charlotte edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Justice League of Charlotte requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something made up, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Jinkinson talk to me 04:00, 9 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

help edit

why the heck does my page keep getting speedy deletion? its real! the people are real! everything is real! and we are even a part of the Superhero movement

It has been deleted because it had no references to reliable sources and appears to have been something made up one day. Jinkinson talk to me 04:19, 9 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Articles on groups or organizations must substantiate their notability. In other words, existence isn't enough. Show us two or three articles on this group, preferably in major out-of-town newspapers, and they will justify an article. Please don't create articles on a club you've made up. Batman Vs Superman 2015 edit

I have reviewed this article about an upcoming movie; ultimately, I have deleted it as a duplicate of material already covered elsewhere. The film is already mentioned in Man of Steel (film)#Sequel. See also the history of Man of Steel sequel and Batman vs. Superman; once there are enough reliable sources about the film to warrant a separate article, it can be re-created at the latter title. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 06:25, 9 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Why are you going to delete it if the material is covered on a different page and not the movie's actual page

In response to your question on my talkpage, see Mike Rosoft's note above. It's not yet notable or even sourceable from reliable sources. If and when it is, it will be eligible for its own article, not before. And please stop promoting yourself at Real-life superhero. Acroterion (talk) 00:11, 8 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Yeah whatever man, and what if i so happen to actually be a real-life superhero

January 2014 edit

Hello, I'm K6ka. I noticed that you made a change to an article, John Cena, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. K6ka (talk | contrib) 04:17, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
