Welcome (not a template!) edit
Hi. I noticed your work on Bowers Museum, and have taken a quick look on the two articles referenced here above. Quite good, at first glance. So, welcome! On top of the suggestions given in the above wp:Template (yes, communicating with User Templates is silly, but hey! they make it easier to be concise) I would dare to point you how to start a "talk", because I noticed a couple you have started. You have two easy ways: the first one is clicking on the + sign on the top of any talk page, that will give you two text fields, one for the subject, another for the message. A second way (the hardcore way :-) is to click edit, move to the end of the one text field you have, create a subject line using a level 2 heading (using == Subject ==) and writing your message on the next line(s). Also take a look at wp:Notifications which are simple and handy, for keeping up conversations. - Nabla (talk) 00:01, 10 December 2016 (UTC)

Hello, I saw that you are adding images to Bowers Museum. Thanks for what you are trying to do.
I see that you are already messaged on your userpage at Wikimedia Commons about the copyright. Photographs are copyrighted and we do need copyright licenses to host them here. You can continue that conversation on Commons if you like (they specialize in that). If you get confused, I could help also. Bluerasberry, this is the same information I left on my user page for the other inquiry: All of the photos I uploaded were work for hire. They did not give me photographers' names because of that. If they had, I would have tried to figure out how to deal with that. I assumed that because they were all work for hire of objects in the collection (that are in the public domain) that it was probably safe to upload them the way I did. To put it another way, they are faithful copies of 2D and 3D works of art in the public domain, and were work for hire by the museum. The museum holds the copyright. Is there a step I missed or is there a better way to approach this? I am grateful for any help you can provide.
I asked them to send me representative photos that had no copyright issues that were work for hire of objects in their collection without any copyright issues. This is probably standard procedure for museum articles as they are the ones who have images of their works of art.
I am grateful for any help making sure the photos are properly uploaded. How does the museum prove copyright for photos that were work for hire? How would I acknowledge that? Bluerasberry, thank goodness. It is not so difficult after all. What is needed for the list of files? Can they not just declare all the images in their Wikipedia article to be covered by the permission? Or do they send the titles as found in Commons (the ones I copied and entered into the article?) The Banner, I am not an intern at the Bowers Museum. When I said the Wikipedia I had written was not so different from ones at other museums I was referring to the format, not the content. I am not, and have never been, a PR person. I wrote a lousy first version of the Bowers Museum article, I agree. - This talk about "intern" refers to Talk:Bowers_Museum#December_9_edits_and_revert. One participant in that discussion called Banner's revert "harsh". I will not take sides but moving forward I can say that there are more efficient ways to have a civil conversation and that in the future no one participating in this project should encounter negativity. Need Help with Images edit
Bluerasberry I am coming back to you for help because I am mystified why nearly all the images were removed from the Bowers Museum Commons page and the article. The photos were all made by staff there of objects in their collection. I am still new to navigating this enormous behemoth and so am unsure how to proceed. - The copyright is still being researched. I just checked a private reference ticket at ticket:2016121410033994. Let me get back to you in a few days. This is not a stale issue - there is a concern being addressed. The pictures can be restored after this conversation. Sorry for the trouble - it is a paperwork issue.
