Please note, claiming that you are "the creator and series editor of Meerkat Manor" requires proof. Your word will not be accepted just because you say it is true. If your claim is true, then please be very careful making any edits to the show page as you automatically have a conflict of interest. Make sure any edits you make adhere to the neutral point of view policy. I've fixed some of your recent edits which edged that line. Collectonian 16:25, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
- Please note that as you have claimed association with the show, you should post any content editing changes you feel need to be done to the Meerkat Manor talk page rather than to the article to avoid issues, as per the conflict of interest guidelines. I have removed your recent edit as it conflicts with what the source states.Collectonian 16:17, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

Hey...
editI'm highly doubtful that you are the creator and series editor of Meerkat Manor. The researchers(Tim Clutton-Brock) pointed Caroline Hawkins and AP to the Whiskers since they were a large, well-habituated group. This shows you are less knowledgable than you think and I want to let you know I don't believe a shred of what you say so far. Cruise meerkat 23:54, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- Oxford Scientific Films has confirmed that she is Caroline Hawkins. Also, please be mindful of the WP:Civility policy when posting to people's talk page, particularly in not making accusations. Collectonian 19:17, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
Whoah. When did this happen? Cruise meerkat 01:49, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

Verification
editHi, Caroline! I've added a tag to the Meerkat Manor talk page to note that you have been verified. This is done whenever any one associated with an article is confirmed as being who they say they are so other editors can be aware of it (for example, see Talk: Roger Ebert and Talk:State Library of Victoria). It should also take care of the comments some of the others have left. Again, welcome to the wikipedia. As I mentioned before, any edits to Meerkat Manor will receive extra scrutiny as an account with a self-identified COI (and its preferred that you just post to the talk page). However, we welcome your corrections and comments on the article talk page, and of course your expertise is always welcome on any article where there is no conflict of interest. Collectonian 23:09, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
I have written an article on Tim Clutton-Brock. Like you, I have been the victim of the rudeness of user:Collectonion -- perhaps he should heed his own civility warnings. Anyway, I think it is best to ignore his abruptness. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Antique cuckhoo clock (talk • contribs) 18:55, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Small Error about the Movie
editHi there
I just wanted to point out one small error on what is now an astoundingly accurate and comprehensive Wikipedia entry.
Meerkat Manor - The Story Begins was not made out of re-edited footage. Every frame of it was specially shot for the movie. I have contacted the journalist to wrote the article to correct that fact and I'd be grateful if someone could amend the Wikipedia entry accordingly.
May thanks.

editPlease do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Meerkat Manor: The Story Begins. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. As you have already been told before, as you have an extreme conflict of interest in the Meerkat Manor articles, you should not edit them to change details, particularly when those details conflict with reliable sources.
