This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:

in-depth (not just passing mentions about the subject)
reliable
secondary
independent of the subject

This is a decently-written stub article, on a topic which may some year be ready. For now, it simply is not evidenced that this organization is sufficiently notable to appear in a global encyclopedia. We see it exists, we have a quote on its purpose (a primary input), and we have mention of two important stories it broke. But where is the significant coverage of New York Focus as such, in secondary / tertiary sources?
