References 2,3 and 4 are not independent, and don't establish notability. Reference 1, is for a category award, and is not regarded as a 'significant award'. Here is a list of Ruben award winners, http://www.reuben.org/awards/reuben-award/ that would be regarded as a significant award and would satisfy WP:ANYBIO.
