Serie A Template edit

Just to say that it was agreed on Wikipedia:WikiProject Italian Football to use the template as it is. This is because there are also seperate templates for past seasons on Serie B and Coppa Italia also and we are trying to keep these all seperate from each other. Its also because a number of us are trying to build up these articles seperately. Have a look at the above link though. We're looking for all sorts to join up to try to improve Italian Football articles. Thanks. Niall123 13:39, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just in addition. I'm after adding a "See Also" section at the bottom of each season page, linking Serie A, Serie B and Coppa Italia seasons together. Myself, CapPixel and others are trying to fill in all these seasons. I noticed that your doing some yourself. Keep up the good work. Niall123 14:26, 17 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Serie A deletion edit

You better have a look at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/La Liga 2006/2007 results December 2006. Basically a non footballing wikipedian has nominated the detailed results sections of Serie A and La Liga for deletion. I'm personally totally against them being deleted. I've voted to keep the pages and I just thought I'd highlight this as you might want to vote either way on this. Thanks Niall123 18:38, 28 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image:US Alessandria logo.png edit

Hello Speirdyke, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:US Alessandria logo.png) was found at the following location: User:Speirdyke. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 05:54, 19 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:US Alessandria logo.png edit

Thanks for uploading Image:US Alessandria logo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 07:08, 15 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
