Hello, I'm Yosemiter. I noticed that you recently removed content from Wichita Force without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. You need to cite where it says the GM was removed from the position because there is no new info.

Also, please stop removing the former logo. It is there for historical purpose as a representation of a point in time for the team. Putting the same logo twice on the page is also not allowed per WP:NFCC. (as well as pointless). I am also unclear about what your newly uploaded version of the same 2018 logo is doing, other than violating WP:IMAGERES by being a larger version of the exact same content. Hi Yosemiter. I work for the Wichita Force. I am updating our Wikipedia page and I am noticing you keep reverting my edits. I appreciate your help, but please stop undoing my work. The information I am adding/removing is requested by management. Also, INTRUST Bank Arena MUST be capitalized when mentioning them. I am fixing that also.

As for the logo, I uploaded the incorrect image size. It needs to be a smaller size. If you could assist me in fixing that I would appreciate it. The old logo, however, is cached on Google and keeps appearing as the main logo when someone searches for us. I am trying to fix that as requested by management. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SmashleighR86 (talkcontribs) 16:51, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Then you have a WP:COI. Please read all relevant info below. As for the logo you are removing, Wikipedia has nothing to do with what Google does, you would need to fix it through there. We are a co-operative project for creating an encyclopedia, and you are removing information. That is HIGHLY frowned upon, so please cease your removals. Also the GM removal has not been verified independently, so I would suggest actually publishing something first. Yosemiter (talk) 16:57, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
I also double checked the Google cache, and it isn't in reference to the page you are removing it from. It is cached from 2016 Wichita Force season (I have no idea why, but it is). Replacing it on the 2016 wikipedia page would be doubly inappropriate as the current logo was not used in 2016. I believe you have to go through Google to get that fixed (I had to do something similar when my business changed locations and Google wad the address in the wrong place on their Maps. I believe you have to go through this link to contact them.) Hope that helps. Yosemiter (talk) 17:02, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
Also per Intrust vs. INTRUST, that would need to be discussed as the page is under Intrust Bank Arena. Per MOS:CAPS and WP:COMMONNAME, we keep names what they are commonly referred to independently. Wichita Force is NOT YOUR wikipedia page, it is the community's, and hence has no legal obligations to call it what the company prefers it to be called. Per common name, Intrust is used about 99% of the time (in fact I can find no independent sources that use INTRUST, although there is at least one instance of InTrust.) In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Yosemiter (talk)
