BOT (again) edit

{{helpme}}

The BOT doesn't seem to work again; last time I got help it actually archived something. Now it doesn't... What's wrong? Siru108 (talk) 11:14, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've set it to 14d rather than 348h, see if that works. --Closedmouth (talk) 13:43, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

removal of other editors comments at Talk:Ole Nydahl edit

Until there is a finding of a banned user socking, or you can give a diff of a blocked account asking the same questions, I feel you should not remove the content. You may ignore it, or answer that there is no reliable sources for the allegations, but not remove it. If the answer has already been provided then simply warn the account and take it to AIV if they don't stop disrupting the page. LessHeard vanU (talk) 20:45, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed Tibetan naming conventions edit

A while back, I posted a new proposal for Tibetan naming conventions, i.e. conventions that can be used to determine the most appropriate titles for articles related to the Tibetan region. This came out of discussions about article titles on Talk:Qamdo and Talk:Lhoka (Shannan) Prefecture. I hope that discussions on the proposal's talk page will lead to consensus in favour of making these conventions official, but so far only a few editors have left comments. If you would be interested in taking a look at the proposed naming conventions and giving your opinion, I would definitely appreciate it. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
