Editor "Rugbyfan22" declined the submission of an article regarding Top10 transfers with the comment: "We don't have list articles for rugby union transfers for non-notable leagues".

Top10 is NOT a "non-notable" league:

1. It is the national championship of a Tier 1, Six Nations nation, that has been played since 1928.

2. Some of its players are currently playing in Tier 1 squads: Fusco, Nicotera, Albanese, Da Re, Garbisi jr 🇮🇹 Garcia🇦🇷. From next year, probably Balan Velez🇦🇷

3. Many players have lots of international caps for Tier 1 and Tier 2 nations (Tebaldi, Lovotti, Mbandà, Bisegni, Sarto bros, Chistolini, James Faiva, Esposito...)

4. One match per round + playoffs and finals are broadcasted live on Italy public broadcasting network. The other matches are on a private online platform.

The same type of article exists for the RFU Championship. This league is far more "non-notable" than the Top10, since:

1. It is a second-level league

2. NONE of its players are currently playing in Tier 1 squads

3. It has a negligible number of players with international caps

4. It currently hasn't any broadcasting deal with a tv station

On this basis, why does the RFU Championship have an article, while Top10's one has been declined?
