License tagging for Image:Bafna wadi-b.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Bafna wadi-b.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Your recent contribution(s) to Wikipedia did not provide specific references or sources. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a drive to improve the quality of Wikipedia by encouraging editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. Editors may choose to remove material you have contributed if it is not verifiable. Please provide specific references in your contributions to any books, articles, websites or other reliable sources that will allow people to verify the content. You can use a citation method listed at inline citations that best suits each article. Thanks! --Kinu t/c 01:24, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • Please do not remove maintenance notices from pages unless the required changes have been made. If you are uncertain whether the page requires further work, or if you disagree with the notice, please discuss these issues on the page's talk page before removing the notice from the page. These notices and comments are needed to establish community consensus about the status of a page. Thank you. --Kinu t/c 01:25, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Tapa-gachchha and Tristutika Gachchha edit

First let me thank you for your many contributions about Jainism. We look forward to more contributions from you.

A question. I have always had the impression that Tristutika Gachchha is separate from the Tapa Gachchha.

  • Silagana and Devabhadra Suri formed the Tristutika or Agamic Gachcha samvat 1250 (AD 1193).
  • Tapa-gachchha' was founded in AD 1228 by Jagchandra Suri.

Thus Tristutika order is older than Tapa-gachchha. Is that correct?

--Malaiya (talk) 02:25, 3 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

To,Malaiya,Thanks for yor appreciation! On your question-:yes! Tristutika Gachchha order is older Tapa-gachchha and its exist from Gandhara traditions. SANJAYBAFNA (talk) 07:59, 27 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Maha-logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Maha-logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Proposed deletion of Muni Jayanandvijay edit

The article Muni Jayanandvijay has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
Muni Jayanandvijaynews, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
