Jacob D'Ath moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Jacob D'Ath, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 21:34, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. ... discospinster talk 23:40, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Greetings and Salutations,
I can understand how my actions may come across as disruptive, but I can assure you my intentions were not to vandalize. This all came about as I am a Triathlete myself and have a tendency to read over the Wikipedia page to check its currency and relevance. When I came across the picture in question I couldn't help but notice it was outdated. I've noticed it in a few previous inspections but finally decided to take action. My next dilemma was which image to replace it with. I am currently working on a Wikipedia page for up and coming triathlete Jacob D'Ath and I felt his photo was a perfect representation of modern Tri-suits.
I apologize for any confusion or distress I may have caused.
Yours Sincerely,

Greetings and Salutations,
I was attempting to update the Triathlon Wikipedia page with a picture of a more modern Tri-suit as the picture there showed an outdated Tri-suit while talking about Tri-suits being used for a competitive edge over competitors. I felt strongly that my picture of D'Ath was more suited to this section than the outdated picture that was there. This was why I continued to keep adding the picture when it was continually taken down. I tried to explain this to wiki user discospinster when he asked me to stop. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused and hope you can unblock my account. I will refrain for replacing the picture in the future if you feel strongly about it.
Yours Sincerely,
