Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Rothbrad! I have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome! Proposed deletion of Forman S. Acton

edit

The article Forman S. Acton has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Long unreferenced WP:BLP with no significant claim to notability

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sadads (talk) 10:15, 2 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited George Ralph Mines, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages English and Bath (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:21, 1 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

AfC notification: Draft:Leibniz (unit) has a new comment

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Leibniz (unit). Thanks! DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:03, 10 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
I addressed the references. One of the references originally had a doi (see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17236650/) but the journal "Reviews of Physiology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology" is actually a book series, and apparently the publisher (Springer) no longer assigns a doi to each chapter in each book. I have a pdf of the chapter and can send it if you send a request to roth@oakland.edu. The webpage for the entire book is https://link.springer.com/book/9783540396888.
