This is the English-language Wikipedia, not the American Wikipedia. We respect all varieties of English usage. That particular article was started by a user of British spelling, and therefore remains as "colour" rather than "color." Per WP:ENGVAR, the article should retain the original spelling variation. The title goes back to 2002 as "Colour" and spelling has been established as such for quite some time.
