Proposed deletion of Kanan Yusif-zada

The article Kanan Yusif-zada has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sources don't cover most of the article, and are mostly passing mentions that don't pass GNG. The article reads like a promotional CCV of a BLP.
