I have divided my archived pages by topic, rather than by date.

My archiving is done primarily by the cut and paste method, although I occasionally archive long pages by page move. If you're looking for the edit history of a comment in my archives, it will mainly be in the edit history of my discussion-page or in the edit history of the page to which I moved a long archive.

Barnstar redesign request

Hi there. I noticed the great job you did in redesigning some barnstars, particularly File:Design Barnstar.png. Do you think you could do me a favor and redesign File:Admin Barnstar.png with something that looks as good as those of your other creations? Hi SoWhy. Thanks for your confidence in my skills ;). Yes, I can try to redesign the Admin Barnstar. I will upload a new version within a few days (Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Wikipedia Awards), so that the WP-community can decide if the new Barnstar is ok. Compared to my version, it can only become better and seeing your other barnstars, I have every confidence that "better" is a too modest word for it. So thanks for doing it. SoWhy, if you need a barnstar upgrade, you've come to the right place. Nobody but nobody can make a barnstar that looks better than Rectilinium. But I'll also tell you this: I think your admin barnstar is perfectly fine. When Rectilinium fixed up the Graphic Design barnstar, one reason we all wanted his/her new design is because the old design did not obviously speak to the subject. In other words, it did not look like it represented graphic design or anything else (except maybe random colors). Your admin barnstar very clearly conveys the message of what it is for, it is simple (thus attractive), and traditional. I have no doubt that Rectilinium can surpass it, but I also think that yours is perfectly fine. Unschool 19:49, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Ah, well, yes, it's simple and nice of you to say so but it's also low-res and very pixelated and blurry; so I think a new version made by someone like Rectilinium who really knows their graphics and can create some high-res version with great images can improve it further. After all, simple and traditional does not mean it has to look crappy with a resolution of 111x107, does it? So I'm convinced that Rectilinium can create a new one that's both simple and traditional and still looks great, thus improving on the main flaw of my version. Regards SoWhy 19:57, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Hi there :). I think that Unschool is right. I havent had a look at your Barnstar before, and now that I've seen it I must say, that your Barnstar is a fine one (it is simple and has a clear message). My suggestion: I'll try to make an identical design, just high res and probably one sligtly different (new) one. --Rectilinium'♥' 01:06, 4 May 2009 (UTC)

Ok... I finally finished the redesign of the Admins Barnstar :), but I didnt renew it completely. Its almost the same design like before, just in a better quality. If you or someone else wishes another design... please just tell me. The designs (4 sligthly different versions) can be found on the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Wikipedia Awards-page. Seems like we got consensus for File:Admin-Barnstar-1e.png. As file renaming was deactivated again, could you re-upload it as File:Admin Barnstar.png so it overwrites the previous one and is still linked to all pages? Regards SoWhy 07:40, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

As I allready wrote on the talkpage of Cattaruzzi in october 2009, the Challenge League is a professional football-league. It is the second highest tier of the Swiss Football League (see football.ch). You should be more carefull with using such speedy deletion tags.Rectilinium'♥' 05:53, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
