Why I changed your edit

Greetings. I changed your edit on Dunsmuir, California because only the first word of a section heading is capitalized, unless... it is a title. So "City Park and Botanical Gardens" would stay double caps because those are the titles place but,"Local Waterfalls" would be incorrect instead typed as "Local waterfalls".
